Punjab Fuel Subsidy Petrol Pump List 2026 — All Districts (9771 Scheme, Updated )

This is the live federal PM Fuel Relief Scheme on code 9771. Read this box first. Rules changed this weekend.

• You get Rs100 off each litre of petrol. Diesel gets no discount.
• Bikes, rickshaws, Qingqi, and Chingchi get one Rs500 weekly token. You get 4 tokens a month. That caps relief at Rs2,000. You no longer need a 5-litre fill.
• Cars up to 800cc get Rs100 per litre on 10 litres every 10 days. That means 3 tokens a month and up to Rs3,000.
• Your vehicle must carry a registration date on or after 1 January 2006. Twenty-year-old bikes and rickshaws now qualify.
• Register once from your own SIM: REG CNIC Plate ProvinceCode DDMMYYYY to 9771. Punjab plates use code P. The registration SMS is free.
• Before you roll into a pump, send TOK to 9771. Show that token at the counter.
• Every open petrol station should run the scheme. Closed pumps and diesel-only outlets stay off the list.
• Citizens use 9771. Petrol pumps use control room 9772.

PM Special Fuel Relief Scheme

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif launched the PM Special Fuel Relief Scheme in mid-September 2026. The scheme cuts petrol by Rs100 a litre for small vehicles. You claim it with an SMS token on 9771.

Punjab riders now hunt for a pump list because prices jump every few days. OGRA sets the full pump price. The subsidy only knocks Rs100 off your token litres. You still need a station that will key in the code. People look for PSO, Total, and Attock outlets near home.

This page gives you the 20 September rules first. Then it shows the exact 9771 registration steps. After that you get district-wise Punjab pump names and roads. You also get the move if a pump refuses the token.

Treat any old “approved list” as a guide, not a lock. Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar told officials to put every open petrol station on the system. He also told them to drop dead pumps and diesel-only sites. Unofficial lists go stale the same week.

If your bike, rickshaw, or small car qualifies, start with 9771. Then use the district tables below to pick a pump.

How to get subsidized petrol in Punjab today

Follow these five steps. Do them in this order.

1. Send a REG SMS to 9771 from the SIM on your CNIC.
2. Wait for the confirmation text. Do not send REG again.
3. Send TOK to 9771 before you leave for the pump.
4. Show that token at any open petrol pump in Punjab.
5. Pay the pump price minus Rs100 per litre on the token amount.

Punjab plates use code P. Put P in the REG message only if Excise registered the vehicle in Punjab. A Lahore house does not create a P on a Sindh plate.

The token tracks your monthly cap. Extra litres stay at the full OGRA price. Keep the confirmation SMS until the pump prints or confirms the discount.

What changed this week (9771)

These rules landed on 19–20 September 2026. Old 9771 blogs still teach the 5-litre cap. Ignore those posts.

5-litre purchase limit lifted

The government dropped the five-litre floor. You can now fill a smaller tank and still use relief.

Rs500 weekly token for 2/3-wheelers

Bikes, rickshaws, Qingqi, and Chingchi now get one Rs500 token each week. Use it on any petrol quantity. You get four tokens a month.

20-year-old vehicles now eligible

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif opened the scheme to machines registered on or after 1 January 2006. That brings 20-year-old motorcycles and rickshaws in.

You send REG to 9771 at no charge. Skip any page that still quotes an SMS fee.

Every open pump should join

Ishaq Dar ordered every operating petrol station onto the system. Officials must remove dead sites and diesel-only outlets.

SMS redemption where internet fails

Pumps with weak signal can clear a token by SMS. Provinces must file those sites so riders in rural Punjab still get fuel.

The National Steering Committee said 1,493,848 people received tokens. 655,067 had already redeemed them by that briefing.

Who can get the Punjab petrol subsidy

The federal scheme checks your CNIC, your SIM, and your vehicle file. Punjab riders qualify the same way as the rest of Pakistan. Your plate code must match the province that registered the vehicle.

Two- and three-wheelers

You qualify if you own a motorcycle, rickshaw, Qingqi, or Chingchi. The file must show a registration date on or after 1 January 2006.

The Fuel Pass allows one vehicle per CNIC. Use the bike or rickshaw for personal travel, not a commercial fleet.

Cars up to 800cc

Small cars up to 800cc also get the Rs100 petrol cut. Searchers usually mean a Suzuki Mehran, Alto, Bolan, Every, or another 660cc Japanese car.

The engine size on the registration book decides this, not the colour or the year badge.

Who does not qualify

A second vehicle on the same CNIC fails. Commercial fleets fail. Diesel vehicles fail. This relief covers petrol only.

A plate from Sindh needs code S, not Punjab code P. A borrowed SIM also fails, even if the bike is yours. NADRA, PTA, and Excise must match the same person.

Documents you actually need

Keep your CNIC, the SIM in your name, the number plate, and the registration date. Read that date from the smart card or logbook.

You send one REG SMS to 9771. You do not visit an office. You do not upload papers to the old MKB site.

9771 SMS format for Punjab (code P)

Open Messages on the phone tied to your CNIC. Type one line. Send it to 9771.

That sample means: REG, 13-digit CNIC with no dashes, plate with no spaces, Punjab code P, and the date as DDMMYYYY. Swap in your real numbers. Do not copy this plate.

Send the text from your own SIM. The registration SMS is free.

Province codes

Use the letter for the Excise office that issued the plate. Your current city does not pick the letter.

A Lahore rider with a Punjab plate sends P. A Lahore rider with a Karachi plate sends S.

Common failures

Do not put dashes in the CNIC. Do not put spaces or hyphens in the plate. Do not write the date as 15-08-2015.

A borrowed SIM fails the PTA check. The wrong province letter fails the Excise check. Those two errors cause most “registration failed” texts.

After REG

Wait for the confirmation SMS. Do not send REG again.

Next, send TOK to 9771 when you head to the pump. If the first message fails, use the 9771 registration failed guide and fix the format first.

How the TOK token works at the pump

The token is the only proof the pump needs. 9771 creates it. The attendant keys that code into the terminal. The Rs100 petrol cut then applies to the allowed amount.

When to send TOK

Send TOK to 9771 right before you leave. Do not generate a token days early and hope it waits.

Use the same SIM that sent REG. A second phone will not pull your Fuel Pass.

Bike / rickshaw token vs 800cc token

Two- and three-wheelers now get one Rs500 token each week. You may buy any petrol quantity against that Rs500. You get four tokens a month.

Cars up to 800cc still get Rs100 per litre on 10 litres. That window repeats every 10 days. That makes three tokens a month.

Validity

After the 19–20 September change, the weekly bike token stays live for 7 days from issue. Follow the official SMS if it prints a different expiry. The text on your phone beats any blog.

Each token works once. A used code will not open a second fill.

No-internet pumps

On 20 September 2026 the steering committee allowed SMS redemption at pumps with weak internet. Rural Punjab stations can still clear your token that way.

If the screen hangs, ask the facilitation desk to send the SMS check. Keep the token message open until the nozzle stops.

How much you actually save

OGRA and the Petroleum Division notify the pump price. The scheme then knocks Rs100 off each litre inside your token. Extra litres stay at the full rate.

A weekly Rs500 bike token buys relief, not a free tank. At Rs389.14, that Rs500 covers about 1.3 litres of discount value. The rest of the fill is billed at the pump price.

The subsidy does not change the OGRA pump price for litres outside the token.

Refresh this box after each Petroleum Division notice. Weekend rates often hold the Friday figure.

Don’t mix 9771 with Maryam / MKB / 1000

Punjab had an older fuel package through Maryam Ko Batayn, mkb.punjab.gov.pk, and helpline 1000. That door is not the September Fuel Pass. Competitors still mash both schemes into one page. That mix sends your SMS to the wrong place.

Use 9771 for the live federal relief at the pump. Use MKB only if you still track an old provincial voucher. Do not send REG to 1000.

The Prime Minister’s Office and Radio Pakistan point the public to 9771 and pmfuelrelief.pk for this rollout. A Punjab plate still needs code P on that federal SMS. The MKB app cannot print a TOK code.

If a WhatsApp “agent” asks for money to register you on either scheme, close the chat. The state does not sell 9771 tokens.

Step-by-step at a Punjab petrol pump

Go to any open station. Look for the scheme banner or a facilitation counter. PSO, Total, Attock, and Euro sites in Lahore already ran checks this week.

1. Queue at a working petrol pump. Skip a shuttered site or a diesel-only yard.
2. Show the TOK SMS and the vehicle on that token.
3. The attendant enters the code on the terminal.
4. The system applies Rs100 per litre on the token amount.
5. Extra litres stay at the full OGRA price.
6. Keep the confirmation SMS until you leave the forecourt.

Watch the metre and the bill. Ask the desk to reprint the slip if the discount is missing.

If the pump refuses

Do not argue in the lane. Call or SMS 9771. Pumps use control room 9772.

In Lahore, the commissioner already walked PSO, Euro, and Total sites on Outfall Road, Sagian, and MAO College Road. Deputy commissioners now watch the same process. Report a refusal to that local desk as well.

Why some pumps hesitated

The Pakistan Petroleum Dealers Association first held back. Dealers feared they would fund the Rs100 cut from their own till. The Petroleum Ministry then sat with them. The State Bank of Pakistan pledged to clear verified claims within 48 hours. The government already parked Rs25 billion at the bank for month one.

A valid token is not a rumour. If an open pump still says no, log the name, the time, and the token number, then call 9772.

Punjab subsidized petrol pump list — all districts

On 20 September 2026, Ishaq Dar told officials to put every open petrol station on the scheme. A valid TOK should work at a working pump. Closed sites and diesel-only yards should drop off the list.

Use the district tables to find a named PSO, Total, or Attock outlet near you. The tables are a field guide. They are not a frozen government gazette.

If an open pump is missing from a table, still take your token there. Ask the facilitation counter to key in the code.

District sections

Punjab pumps joined the scheme from the night of 16–17 September 2026. Islamabad started one night earlier. Send TOK before you ride. Take any open petrol station if the table below skips your street.

The state has not posted one locked PDF of every Punjab pump. Ishaq Dar said every working station should honour a valid token. Treat these blocks as city guides, not a closed club.

Lahore petrol subsidy pumps (9771)

Lahore has the heaviest 9771 traffic in Punjab. Commissioner Nauman Yousuf already checked pumps on Outfall Road, Sagian, and MAO College Road. He walked two PSO sites plus one Euro and one Total. Facilitation counters were working at those stops.

Show the TOK SMS and the bike or 800cc car. If the attendant refuses, call 9772 and the local deputy commissioner desk.

Faisalabad petrol subsidy pumps (9771)

Faisalabad follows the same federal token as Lahore. Code P still applies to a Faisalabad plate.

Start on Jaranwala Road, Sargodha Road, Satiana Road, Narwala Road, and the motorway link. Look for PSO, Attock, Total, and Euro boards. Ask for the facilitation counter before the nozzle starts.

A missing name on a blog list does not block you. An open pump should key in a live token.

Rawalpindi petrol subsidy pumps (9771)

Rawalpindi sits next to Islamabad, but a Rawalpindi plate still uses P. An Islamabad plate uses I. Send the letter that matches the book, not the city you sleep in.

Try GT Road, Murree Road, Airport Road, Chaklala, and Saddar. IT teams already visited twin-city pumps when terminals failed on day one. If the screen hangs, ask staff to use the SMS fallback.

Multan petrol subsidy pumps (9771)

Multan riders use the nationwide switch-on date, not the Islamabad night. Send TOK, then go.

Work the Bosan Road, Vehari Road, Bahawalpur Road, Northern Bypass, and Hussain Agahi corridors. PSO and Attock sites are easy to spot. Watch the bill for the Rs100 cut on token litres only.

Gujranwala petrol subsidy pumps (9771)

Gujranwala traffic lives on GT Road, Nowshera Virkan Road, Sialkot Road, and the bypass. Any open station with a working point-of-sale box can take 9771.

Keep the token message open. A Qingqi or rickshaw now uses the Rs500 weekly token, not a forced 5-litre fill.

Sialkot petrol subsidy pumps (9771)

Sialkot pumps cluster on Wazirabad Road, Daska Road, Defence Road, and Pasrur Road. Export-zone traffic makes evening queues long. Generate TOK before you leave the house.

Use code P for a Sialkot Excise plate. A borrowed work SIM will fail at the terminal.

Sargodha petrol subsidy pumps (9771)

Try Club Road, Faisalabad Road, Lahore Road, and Bhalwal Road. Rural tehsils around Sargodha may have weak internet. Staff can clear the token by SMS after the 20 September decision.

Bahawalpur petrol subsidy pumps (9771)

Use Circular Road, Ahmedpur Road, Yazman Road, and the National Highway approaches. Heat and long distances make the weekly Rs500 token useful. You can buy less than five litres and still take relief.

Sheikhupura petrol subsidy pumps (9771)

Sheikhupura riders often work the Lahore–Sheikhupura Road, Faisalabad Road, and Nankana link. Do not drive to Lahore only to hunt a “listed” pump. An open local PSO or Total should take the same TOK.

Attock and Chakwal petrol subsidy pumps (9771)

Attock traffic sits on GT Road, Hassanabdal, and the motorway interchanges. Chakwal traffic sits on Talagang Road, Choa Saiden Shah road, and the Mianwali link.

These districts showed up on early unofficial lists. Names on those lists go stale. Trust an open pump plus a live token more than a copied table.

Other Punjab districts

The same 9771 rules cover Okara, Sahiwal, Rahim Yar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Gujrat, Jhelum, Kasur, Nankana Sahib, Hafizabad, Mandi Bahauddin, Khanewal, Vehari, and the rest of Punjab.

1. Send TOK from the registered SIM.
2. Ride to the nearest open petrol pump.
3. Show the token.
4. Call 9772 if the attendant blocks a valid code.

Lahore petrol subsidy pumps (9771)

This is a directory of known Lahore outlets plus the 20 September rule. Every open petrol station should take a valid TOK. It is not a sealed government file. Dead pumps and diesel-only sites should stay out.

How to use the list

Send TOK to 9771 first. Ride to the nearest open pump on your road. Show the token. If the table skips your mohalla, still try that working station.

Commissioner Nauman Yousuf checked Lahore pumps on 19 September 2026. He visited Outfall Road, Sagian, and MAO College Road. He inspected two PSO sites, one Euro, and one Total. Facilitation counters were live there. Deputy commissioners still watch those sales.

Call 9772 if an open Lahore pump blocks a live token.

Rawalpindi petrol subsidy pumps (9771)

A Rawalpindi plate uses code P. An Islamabad plate uses I. IT teams already walked twin-city pumps when terminals failed on launch week.

Generate TOK in Pindi. Do not assume an Islamabad night timing. Punjab pumps started 16–17 September 2026.

Faisalabad petrol subsidy pumps (9771)

Faisalabad uses the same 9771 token. A Faisalabad Excise plate needs P.

Hit the nearest open PSO, Attock, Total, or Euro on your commute. Do not wait for a 70-row “approved” PDF.

Multan petrol subsidy pumps (9771)

Multan follows the nationwide pump night, not Islamabad’s earlier start.

Islamabad petrol subsidy pumps (9771)

Islamabad is not Punjab, but Punjab searchers land here. Use plate code I. The capital started on 14–15 September 2026. APP said all 146 Islamabad stations were on the scheme by 16 September. Report a refusal on 9771.

Pick any open PSO, Attock, or Total in your sector. The 146-station count beats a copied 50-row blog list.

Remaining Punjab districts

Use division order. The rule stays the same. An open pump plus a live TOK is enough.

Lahore Division: Kasur, Sheikhupura, Nankana Sahib. Try Multan Road, Raiwind Road, and Faisalabad Road pumps.

Rawalpindi Division: Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum. Try GT Road, Talagang Road, and the Jhelum Civil Lines belt.

Faisalabad Division: Chiniot, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh. Try Jaranwala Road and the Faisalabad–Sargodha road.

Multan Division: Khanewal, Lodhran, Vehari. Try the N-5 and Vehari Road stations.

Bahawalpur Division: Bahawalpur, Bahawalnagar, Rahim Yar Khan. Try Circular Road and the National Highway approaches.

Sargodha Division: Sargodha, Khushab, Mianwali, Bhakkar. Weak internet is common. Ask staff to redeem by SMS.

Gujranwala Division: Gujrat, Hafizabad, Mandi Bahauddin, Narowal. GT Road and city bypass pumps come first.

Dera Ghazi Khan Division: D.G. Khan, Layyah, Muzaffargarh, Rajanpur. Use the next open PSO or Attock on the highway.

PSO, Total, Attock, Euro and other participating brands

The 9771 token is not a PSO-only pass. Total, Attock, Euro, Hascol, and other open outlets should take the same code. Brand searchers still type “PSO Lahore” or “Total Lahore.” Use the filters below, then jump back to the district tables.

PSO Lahore

Start with the inspected PSO sites on Outfall Road and Sagian. Also try known PSO pumps in Garden Town, Sabzazar, Jail Road, Model Town, Multan Road, and Ghazi Road. Open the Lahore table for those rows.

Total Lahore

The commissioner checked a Total pump on the MAO College Road tour. Any other open Total in DHA, Gulberg, or Thokar should key in the same TOK.

Attock Punjab

Attock is common on GT Road, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Multan. Look for the red Attock board and a working terminal. Brand does not change your province code.

Euro Punjab

Lahore has inspected Euro on MAO College Road plus known Euro sites in Gulberg III and Sundar. Faisalabad and Multan riders can use an open Euro the same way.

A closed site or a diesel-only yard stays out, whatever the logo. If the brand board is lit and petrol flows, show the token. Call 9772 if that pump still says no.

9771 problems and pump problems

Most failures come from the SMS, the SIM, or the pump screen. Fix the cause. Then send one clean message.

Registration failed

Cause: Dashes in the CNIC, spaces in the plate, a borrowed SIM, or a bad date.

Fix: Write REG then 13 digits, then the plate, then the province letter, then DDMMYYYY. Send it from the SIM on your CNIC. Wait for one reply. Do not spam 9771.

Token not received

Cause: You used a second phone, or you sent TOK before REG cleared.

Fix: Confirm registration first. Send only TOK from the same SIM. Wait two minutes. If nothing arrives, send TOK once more. Call 9771 after that.

Token rejected at pump

Cause: The token expired, the plate does not match, or the terminal is offline.

Fix: Check the SMS expiry. Show the same vehicle. Ask the desk to redeem by SMS if the internet is dead. Call 9772 if staff still block a live code.

Charged full price

Cause: The attendant skipped the token, or you bought litres outside the cap.

Fix: Stop the fill and show the TOK again. Extra litres stay at the OGRA price. Keep the bill. Report a missing discount on 9771 with the pump name and time.

Wrong province code

Cause: You sent P because you live in Lahore, but Excise registered the bike in Sindh.

Fix: Use the letter on the book. Punjab is P. Sindh is S. Islamabad is I. Send a fresh REG with the right letter only.

Old motorcycle rejected before 20 Sept update

Cause: Early rules cut older bikes. That gate moved.

Fix: If the registration date is on or after 1 January 2006, send REG again. Twenty-year-old motorcycles, rickshaws, and Qingqi now qualify. Follow the new confirmation SMS, not an old blog.
