Petrol Subsidy KPK 2026: 9771 Code K + Peshawar Date
Petrol subsidy KPK mixes two files. September is the federal pump token. April was a pile of Rs 2,000 rumours.
This week Peshawar riders use 9771 and code K. That is the PM Fuel Relief Scheme. It cuts Rs 100 a litre at the pump after TOK. It does not pay JazzCash.
In early April, posts said the KP government had already launched a Rs 2,000 bike scheme. PakWheels checked Dastak and called those “scheme is live” claims false. There was no public enrol button then.
An @GovernmentKP post advertised Ehsaas Fuel Support, JazzCash, Dastak, and SMS 8558. Treat that as a dated provincial claim. Confirm on kp.gov.pk or the real Dastak app before you upload biometrics.
Who can use petrol subsidy KPK now
The live KPK door follows the federal list. Fit the machine. Then pass the plate test.
You qualify on a motorcycle, rickshaw, Qingqi, Chingchi, or another two- or three-wheeler. You also qualify on a car up to 800cc. Old bikes and old small cars stay in. Petrol only. One vehicle per CNIC. SIM on your own card.
Send code K only if KP Excise issued the plate. You may live in Peshawar and still hold a Punjab file. That plate takes P, not K. The Fuel Pass reads the office on the papers, not the street where you sleep.

How KPK registers on 9771
Petrol subsidy KPK uses one SMS this week. You send it to 9771. You put K only when KP Excise owns the file.
Use the SIM on your CNIC. Keep the plate and the KP registration date in front of you.

- One confirmation SMS ends registration. Do not send REG again. Next you will request TOK after the Peshawar pump night.
TOK in Peshawar
Registration only puts you on the list. TOK unlocks the Rs 100 cut at a KP pump.
Send TOK to 9771 before you leave home. A bike or three-wheeler gets a Rs 500 token, one per week, with no 5-litre limit. A car up to 800cc gets a 10-litre token. That slice saves Rs 1,000.
Peshawar, Mardan, and Abbottabad went live at midnight 16–17 September 2026. Tokens now clear there.
Monthly caps are four Rs 500 tokens for two- and three-wheelers and 30 litres for small cars. Extra car litres take the full board price. Show the SMS. Check the cut. Next: the KP city list on one date.

Petrol subsidy Peshawar start date was midnight 16–17 September 2026. The same night covered Mardan, Abbottabad, Swat, Kohat, Bannu, and D.I. Khan. That is the answer to KPK mein kab se.
The scheme is now live across KP. Send REG with code K any time. Send TOK before each fill.

Dastak, 8558, JazzCash (April 2026)
This block is a dated KP claim. It is not the September 9771 token how-to.
An official-looking @GovernmentKP post in April advertised Ehsaas Fuel Support. It promised Rs 2,000 a month. It named JazzCash as partner. It told riders to use the Dastak app, then wait for SMS 8558.
PakWheels checked those “scheme is live” stories on 7 April 2026. It found no public enrol button on Dastak. It said the viral Rs 2,000 rollout posts were false and misleading at that time. Treat any leftover Dastak cash talk as unconfirmed until kp.gov.pk says otherwise.
Do not send a JazzCash PIN to 9771. Do not paste an 8558 code into REG. Those systems do not talk to the Fuel Pass.

The federal cut in KPK is flat: Rs 100 per litre on your monthly cap.

Scams in KP
Fraud ads lean on two names: KP and the chief minister. Close both if they ask for money.
WhatsApp “CM KP quota” agents sell extra litres. They cannot raise the four-token or 30-litre cap. Paid “9771 helpers” also lie. Registration on your own SIM is free.
Fake Dastak APKs copy the April rumour. They steal biometrics and JazzCash PINs. Install Dastak only from the official store after you confirm a live KP programme on kp.gov.pk. Do not mix that app with a federal TOK.
Staff will not call for an OTP. A stranger who quotes 8558 and then asks for your PIN is not Excise and is not the Fuel Pass.

kp.gov.pk and the official Dastak app belong to the KP government. Use them only if you are chasing the April Ehsaas / JazzCash story. They do not issue a federal fuel token.

Send P. The Fuel Pass reads the Excise file, not your Peshawar address. Code K is only for KP-registered machines. Fix the letter first if 9771 rejects the SMS.
Does petrol subsidy KPK include 800cc cars?
Yes, on the federal scheme that covers KP. Cars up to 800cc get 30 litres a month. Only the registered owner can apply. A Peshawar Mehran in someone else’s name will fail. Bikes follow looser name rules.
What is SMS 8558?
April KP posts said 8558 would tell riders to collect JazzCash after Dastak verification. That is not the Fuel Pass number. The federal short code is 9771. Do not mix 8558 into a REG text.
Is petrol subsidy KPK a scam?
The official September path is real: 9771 plus code K. The scam is a fee, a fake Dastak APK, or a “CM quota” chat. Government staff will not WhatsApp you for a PIN. If the ad sells extra KP litres, close it.
