excise.gos.pk is the Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control home. It carries taxes, jobs, and news. It is not the subsidy apply form. Skip lookalikes. The website is the People’s Motorcycle Fuel Subsidy Program. Sindh Excise verifies the bike and the bank, then sends rupees. It does not print a fuel token.
9771 Petrol Subsidy is the federal Fuel Pass. You send code S when Sindh Excise issued the plate. You show TOK at the pump after midnight 16–17 September 2026. You do not paste an IBAN into that SMS.
Who can use the Sindh website
The Excise portal pays motorcycle owners. It does not copy the federal vehicle list.
Your bike must sit in your name on the Sindh file. An open letter fails the check. Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said only that owner can claim the Rs 2,000. Your bank account must use the same name as the CNIC. A relative’s IBAN will bounce.
If several bikes sit on one card, you get one subsidy. Pick the machine you ride.
This website is not an 800cc car cash portal. Small-car relief in September runs on 9771, not on taxportal.

This is the provincial cash form. It is not a 9771 text. Sit down with papers before you open the tab.
Before you open the site
Keep your CNIC ready. Keep the Sindh plate ready. Keep a phone that can take an OTP. Keep an IBAN in your name. A borrowed account fails the name match.
Steps
- Open taxportal.excise.gos.pk. Check the address ends in .gos.pk.
- Type CNIC and motorcycle number. Fill the captcha.
- Hit check eligibility. Stop if the portal says the bike is not yours.
- Enter your mobile number. Type the OTP yourself.
- Enter the IBAN. Submit.
- Save the tracking ID on paper.
After you submit
Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said Sindh Bank accounts can clear in about 24 hours. Other banks can take about three days. Those were launch claims. Your batch may move slower if the site is busy.

Before you open the site
Do this on the table, not in a rush at a net cafe.
Hold your original CNIC. Copy the 13 digits with no dashes. Hold the Sindh motorcycle book or smart card. Copy the plate with no spaces.
Use a phone that can receive an OTP. The number should work right now. A dead SIM stops the form halfway.
Keep one IBAN in your name. Match the bank title to the CNIC. A brother’s Jazz account will fail later, even if eligibility turns green.

After you submit
Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said Sindh Bank can pay in about 24 hours. Other banks can take about three days. Treat those as launch timings, not a guarantee. Heavy traffic slows batches.

Open that site. Use Check Eligibility. Enter the same CNIC and bike number you used on taxportal. If you already submitted, keep the tracking ID beside you.
Not eligible usually means one of three things. The bike is not in your name. The bank title does not match. A second bike already took the single-CNIC cap. Fix the file at Excise. Then check again. Do not buy a “green status” from WhatsApp.
Read the disclaimer on that page. The Government of Sindh can modify, pause, or end the rebate without extra notice. Eligibility today does not lock money forever.

Need the bike in your name? Go to a Sindh Excise office. Karachi and Hyderabad desks handled the free motorcycle transfer during the April drive. Take CNIC, open letter, and the machine. Ask if the fee waiver still holds on the day you visit.
A real desk will not demand an OTP on WhatsApp. Hang up if a caller says they are Excise and then asks for the code from your phone. Type OTPs only on taxportal.excise.gos.pk.
Sindh riders and 9771
The Excise website pays cash. 9771 cuts petrol at the pump. Karachi riders can use both, but not in one message.
If Sindh Excise issued the plate, the federal code is S. Send REG with CNIC, plate, S, and the date. After the confirmation, send TOK before you fill. Sindh pumps follow midnight 16–17 September 2026. That is not the April portal date.
Put no IBAN in a TOK text. The Fuel Pass does not credit Sindh Bank.

Fraud pages copy the portal the week a subsidy drops. Read the address before you type an IBAN.
Fake taxportal links swap one letter and steal logins. The real apply site ends in .gos.pk. Paid agents promise a faster Rs 2,000 for a “service fee.” Sindh Excise did not sell that queue. WhatsApp “officers” collect IBANs and OTPs. They are not the CM portal.
